| A new study presented at the 2022 Annual Meeting of the American | |
| Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) found that despite | |
| commonly cited concerns regarding safety and performance | |
| decrements when wearing masks, healthy individuals can perform | |
| heavy exercise wearing masks with minimal physiologic changes. | |
