E. Coli - France - 2025 Events |

SUMMARY - Cheese made from raw milk has been recalled after a |
|
potential contamination with E. coli bacteria. The products, |
|
sold by the Perrin-Vermot cheese factory, were available |
|
nationwide in France between November 12, 2024, and January 24, |
|
2025. Authorities have advised consumers not to consume these |
|
cheeses, as they may contain traces of E. coli. This recall |
|
follows reports of eleven consumers falling ill after consuming |
|
Morbier cheeses, prompting urgent action to prevent further |
|
health risks. |
