Ireland - Hospital reports an 'outbreak' of 10 Covid-19 patients |

SUMMARY - An influx of ten Covid-19 patients at Letterkenny |
|
University Hospital in the nation of Ireland is being described |
|
as an "outbreak," exacerbating a fraught situation at the |
|
hospital which is also dealing with an extremely high number of |
|
emergency room visits. Officials state that 205 people visited |
|
the emergency department on Monday (October 21st) with an |
|
additional 155 people doing so on Wednesday (October 23rd). |
|
Officials have warned the public not to visit the hospital if |
|
they have any respiratory symptoms or have had contact with |
|
someone who has COVID-19. |
