SUMMARY - Heavy rainfalls in the country of Sudan has caused the |
|
Arbaat dam to collapse, causing 100 people to go missing due to |
|
flooding. Other estimates for the human toll, none of which has |
|
been confirmed, has anywhere from 4 to 60 people dead as a |
|
result of the dam collapse. |
