E. Coli - U.K. - 2 dead, 276 cases from salad leaves |

SUMMARY - In the United Kingdom, the deaths of two people have |
|
now been linked to an E. Coli outbreak that occurred in late May |
|
and has begun to subside. Authorities believe that the outbreak |
|
was caused by salad leaves on supermarket sandwiches. Although |
|
there are unlikely to be no new cases with this outbreak, the |
|
ongoing results from tests already taken may continue to |
|
increase that number. |
