USA - Up to 5.8 million children have Long COVID |

SUMMARY - A study published in February 2024 has estimated that |
|
up to 5.8 million children in the country of the United States |
|
has "Long Covid," a collection of symptoms that persist after |
|
the initial Covid-19 infection has ended. The study also found |
|
that Long Covid in children may lead to increased chance of |
|
developing Type 1 diabetes. |
