Full-face helmets

I suspect a few of us will be scrambling to comply with the new
(and, I think, sensible) requirement for full-face helmets at
Nora events. I have noticed that many drivers have been wearing
open-face ones, and they do look 'right' in a cyclekart,
especially with the goggles and scarf.
Just a quick idea for getting your hands on a good helmet at a
decent price:
I put a wanted notice on my local 'Nextdoor' site for a good
condition helmet. Within two days we had an as-new Nolan in the
right size for David for 15.
Worth a try???
Ian has informed me that the committee has yet to make a full
decision on full-face helmets!! I stand corrected.

Hi Carolynne, please be careful with your wording as there has
been no decision as yet on the use of full-face helmets and your
post implies there has.
The use of full-face helmets is currently being discussed by the
committee and a decision has yet to be made.
In the meantime, Andy stated in the recent Whilton Mill
guidelines that full-face helmets were required for that
specific event. Additionally, I have specified full-face
helmets for the Santa Pod season finale.
Thats a good find though for the one you have for David ;D
