Folks, I�m not going to beat around the bush. I know I have been |
|
a very polarising character on this board but it�s something I |
|
have enjoy with the back and forth. I have been a bit absent |
|
lately because I have massively failed with my mental health. |
|
It�s the classic case of marriage break down whilst trying not |
|
to go full ozzy osbourne on certain things, and I am very rock |
|
and roll. Train stations were involved but being me I was |
|
pleased no delays occurred. |
|
I�ll be fine unless I get nicked, so until then, I�ll need |
|
someone to draw up an extensive list of our squad and how crap |
|
they are so I�m ready for the new season. Should I hopefully be |
|
alive. |

Hey MQ, sorry to hear that the black dog is in your life. There |
|
is some comfort in knowing that others are fighting their |
|
battles too and you might be surprised just how many. Get |
|
Counselling. It helps just being encouraged to vocalise your |
|
feelings. |

Slowly getting myself back on my feet and not in the place I was |
|
a few months ago, mostly thanks to keeping active with |
|
gym/running, some decent friends, and getting back in the game |
|
dating wise. Midlife crisis trip to Vegas certainly helped.. |
