More like ideas then stories

I can't write but I have many story ideas in my head.
Current one which I'm formulating (and so far just a magic
system)
The artist:

Not everyone has powers but the artists do. Their power is drawn
by the environment around them.
Powers: can be anything and any artist can use all of them.
examples: healing, strength, prediction, seeing past, flight,
elemental etc...
Environment: every place has a power but only one (apart from
border lands which are explained later). If the environment
changes so does the power so time of day and weather affect
which one it is. However it will genrally only fluctuate
in-between a range abd very very rarely produces sometime out
that range (I.e if I use colour it may normally be
blue/browns/whites but very rarely may be purple)
Borderlands: in between environment that can have multiple power
but weaknesses like 10% flight (slower not as High as pure
flight area) 50% healing (slower an not as effective then full
area) 40% rock elemental (not as powerful as full area) and
never exceed 100%
Artists: may be in one of 4 catagories, Dancers, singers,
musicians and painters. They can tell what the environment power
is and interpret it through their art style (painter will know
what colours, musicians music etc....) and are able to use the
power in the environment. Using thier interpretation they can
create micro-environments
Micro environment: dances songs and art done by an 'artsist' may
be infused with the power of the enviorment they are based off
and can create and enviorment thought much weaker then a natural
enviroment. They can also be used to enhance the natural
enviroment if it matches.

based on a scary dream where someone kept trying to make me a
slave because I was an ottoman (modified the name to
en-tel-la-kay-a because ottoman is a footstool. dreams are
wierd)

set in a diffrent world where magic is a set catagories of
fire, air, water, earth, metal,
History:
Once there was an acient tree of which possessed great power and
once was known as the life tree. However a king which to protect
his kingdom and asked the tree. The tree blessed the king by
giving power to 8 of his strongest warriors and told the king
that the powers must be returned. The kingdom was then safe but
the warroirs and the king became selfish and never returned
their powers not realizing the consequances of keeping their
powers. Or so the tale goes
entellakeia
Those who possess the powers of the life tree It is passed down
in family lines, however if there is no child it moves on to the
closest relative next to be born so their is no escaping it.
They possess great power that is unmatched but It also can be
curse as each entellakia has a hidden shrine, even the
entellakeia doesn't know where it is but how and where it is
hidden relates to the current entellakeia. However if found the
person who finds it becomes a 'master' and the corresponding
either can be 'freed' and loses their power or becomes bound a
slave to the 'master'. The entellakeia cannot disobey their
master , this had lead to them being used in wars and at the
mercy of greedy people.
plot overview:
main protagonist is the air entellakeia and keep herself to
herself for her own safety and is always on the move to help
hide herself.
