I don't know how physical would hurt metal/mech,I mean,punching
metal things would break your hands

Martial arts masters can break thick iron bars, and physical is
the element of those masters ;)

You should ask yourself: how can mind powers control and do
really harm to metals or machines? In the book I'm writing, for
example, the strong technologies of the Grey aliens overcome our
mind powers, for example...

(Mind powers can twist machines,if the mind is that strong)

Machines are hopeless against mind powers such as invisibility,
teleportation, telekinesis, amnesia, hypnosis, etc. They would
be in a deep sleep, unable to see the enemy, hit the enemy,
escape, or use any abilities :o

Martial arts masters can't break tough metals like titanium. And
if they can, that's partly a mind power. They don't break metals
with sheer strength, they break them with their mind as well.
It's difficult to understand, but they do. :)

And then how is it that in my book the technology of the Greys
manage to overcome my powers??

Well, your book might not accurately represent the game plan. I
guess it can happen both ways - mind can beat mech, or vice
versa. It depends on the circumstances :)

In fact, in my book we have to organize the element order. In
the shout I have put the three range of powers, and all of them,
linguistic, musical and electronic, are originated from the High
Aurasphere (that's why I wanted an Aura element, in order to
match also my powers in the book). And now that there isn't an
Aura element, it's useless to match my powers with Mind element,
because they don't come from the mind but from the spirit
