Scammer or mistake? There seems to be alot of scams on ebay as |

of late. My wife was scamed twice in a row. >:( |

I have a new 365 Special that I bought locally but I watched it |

sell twice on the Bay and the first time the buyer never paid |

and the second time the buyer asked for his money back before |
|
the seller shipped the saw. |

So I bought it. |

Cut4fun and I were looking at it this afternoon in the back of |

my truck. |
