This poor rednecked jonsered 2083. I dont even know how they
got that muffler etc to even work. Cylinder cover fix and no
air filter cover. JSMH ::)

Just seen this in the chainsaw repair group facebook.
When you own a older jonsereds and you can find the part. You
make it yourself. Pretty neat.

I'll say, and now that I've seen it a similar mod is going on my
Rancher.
I hate how it falls on it's side when I set it down. Around
here during brown season a saw falling on it's side like that
and then twisting around induced by the engines rotational
torque can bunch dry kindling grass up against the muffler and
start one of those wonderful 50 million dollar wildfires.
They sure are exciting.
