Forestry Tools and Axes |

These were on sale for �30 and i wanted to try something new ( |
|
other than fiskars) , so i bought one on Friday . GARDENA is a |
|
member of Husqvarna Group. Country of origin, I think somewhere |
|
in Europe? |

Remind me of the fiskers. How they compare? Been thinking about |

the longer handle fiskers myself. |

There are small differences when compared to Fiskars ( 23,5 |
|
inch) . I did about 4 cubic meters of firewood (very small to |
|
medium sized birch,mountain ash, alder,poplar) logs so it works |
|
but i can not say yet which one is better.This size is handy for |
|
versatile use and it is more effective when the wood is smaller |
|
compared to fiskars ( x25/x27) so it would be good to buy a |
|
couple of different sizes. |

You can't go wrong with Fiskars , they have sold XX million :) |
