I picked up an HC for free today, the dealer would not work on |
|
it and the customer wasn't willing to pay anyway. It is complete |
|
except for a chain, compression feels good so will get after it |
|
once I clear off a couple of projects. What a beast, it would |
|
take a bigger man than me to pack it around all day. Pictures to |
|
follow. |

It is actually a pre Pioneer IEL, they were made in Vancouver |
|
B.C. This model was only manufactured in 1956 and 57. It has a |
|
Tillotson HL carb so I'm hoping I can make it bark. |

After repeated attempts to get this miserable madre going I |
|
found a small piece missing from the reed, a small plastic disc. |
|
The one from the recently acquired parts saw is even worse. |
|
Sigh. It is back on the shelf for now, more important issues |
|
pressing. |
