So, Vijay Sethupathi was initially cast in the role in which |
|
Chay was eventually cast. I heard two reasons: |
|
1. The shoot schedule conflicted with Vijay's other movies as a |
|
result of Lockdown |
|
2. There was a clause in the contract which required Vijay to |
|
het into physical shape for the role. Vijay refused. |

I am not going into the controversy but Kashmir files did good |
|
business because as a film it touch the right emotion (at least |
|
a large group of people felt connected). |
|
It has nothing to do with Vivek Agnihotri. Yes, he is the |
|
director of the movie but I am sure his next won't get this kind |
|
of reaction. |
|
It just happened, somehow he hit the right note with this film. |
|
I don't think his criticism is going to have any impact on |
|
Aamir or LSC. |
|
Aamir is beyond this. |
|
While I don't like Aamir , the human being , I have immense |
|
respect for Aamir the actor. |
|
One thing I have noticed, Aamir is not taking any risk with LSc. |
|
1. He said Kashmir files is a great movie, every one should |
|
watch it. |
|
2. He Changed the release date. |
|
3. His divorce interview. His way to clear his image. |

or tv he decided to opt for Radio or podcast. |
|
Really amazing... He knows how to market his films. |

I guess chay's role is important. Some newspaper reports |
|
suggested that it is an extended cameo but I don't think so. Yes |
|
it's good to see his name is there as supporting actor along |
|
with Aamir, Kareena and Mona. |
