Now, he is entering into cloud kitchen business. Chay has
announced the same on his Instagram the other day. Shoyu is a
premium delivery-only brand that will serve pan Asian dishes to
food lovers.

Not Saravana Bhavan, tooo!!! [emoji7]
LP, I am ready to confess: you might as well call me Chay!
[emoji23]
And here we initially thought he wasn't working as hard as Sam!
Our guy was getting his PhD in Butter Naan and Butter
Chicken!!!! Take that, Sam! [emoji12]

and food. 😍

That interview was so good!
Yes!!! Food and movies - the parallels he drew between movie and
foodie experience were so insightful. You see!! this is why he
struggles with Masala movies: he is too intelligent and he can't
switch off his analytical brain.
Off to watch the vid again to check-out his lair ..ahem ...my
lair [emoji14]
....
Feedback: love the wood, don't understand the colour scheme.
Chay's Shoyu ad:

So... Saaki for Sam and Shoyu for Chay ...could it get anymore
Japanese??!
Sam must be bawling her eyes out ....or was it just the wasabi?
***sorry ...couldn't help myself***[emoji13]

Omg! Im totally fidaa over Chay now!
Miss Q! Ahemm sorry Chay!! I love you!!!! ❤️
His home - so elegant and classy! Its very minimalistic yet sooo
rich! Just like his personality. Nothing extravagant..
His passion for food! Again he loves simple but complex food..
once again just like personality. Dosa is something simple yet
so rich and it takes time and patience to prepare. And its kinda
complex too - getting the right consistency, the correct shape,
the crispy dosa in the exterior but soft when you eat it (it
shouldnt be like pappad). Sambhar, chutneys are simple but the
flavors are explosive! Saravana Bhavan with Filter Kaapi! Omg !!
I miss it so badly right now!!! 😭😭😭
Butter chicken and butter naan! Another favorite of mine! Its
the first thing I learned cooking! 😂😂😂
Butter chicken is seemingly easy but you need patience to get
that explosive aroma!
Coming to his Shoyu - the way he described the art in Japanese
cuisine and the way he drew comparisons with movies, OTT and
theaters .. man! Im blown away!
Sooo much thoughts in whatever he does.. and like he says, if
you do something with a passion, it automatically flourishes. If
you force it upon us, it will fail miserably indeed .. his flops
taught him a lot.

Chayyyyyy 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Omg !! Take this!
❤️❤️❤️
He isnt the lazy guy we all thought to be! He analyses
everything before he ventures into something.. and whatever he
does, he does with a passion. I love the detailing he put in for
Shoyu. The packaging, the logo, the kitchen, the chefs, the
food.. everything is well thought of and not hazardous. Im sure
he tasted each dish 100 times before finalizing it. Also, how
thoughtful of him to go for the cloud kitchen! He observes,
analyzes people around him ..
Sam must be burning!
I still dont understand how he selected Sam to settle down
though.. oh well.. human errs!

Yes, just messing around with the spelling of sake.
Lazy Chay vs Hardworking Sam: do we as a society admire people
who sacrifice their families for their careers? She loved
working on Sundays; he wanted family time. Thiswas chacterised
as she being a harder worker than he was.
Case in point: Aamir's recent rhona dhona interview.
Sam said something about sacrifing family for career in a recent
interview (I will try to find it): too little too late .... the
horse has bolted ....

Chay is more hardworking than Sam.
Sam flaunts her work, chay doesn't.
Chay knows what he wants from life (and where to draw the line)
but Sam is clearly confused. So she wants everything.
5-6 years down the line we may get to see Sam doing an interview
like Aamir.
Chay and cloud kitchen: the way he explained
it...😍😍
Chay would never do something without giving it a proper
thought.
This is why I was surprised with the sudden seperation rumours.
Why chay selected Sam..... I believe Sam promised to give
priority to her family initially. But she didn't fulfill it.
