00-The Greatest Rivalries: Introduction |

Hi everyone! |
|
In this section of Camelot, we will explore all the greatest |
|
rivalries, posting all the matches (that I can find) that truly |
|
show what an exciting and entertaining game, that this game of |
|
tennis is. |
|
I started with Nadal vs Federer ... um... mainly because I had |
|
it already ;D - and intend to include not only Nadal - Djokovic, |
|
who have played against each other more than any other (males), |
|
but also "blasts from the past" - some of which may be difficult |
|
to find all the matches, but just the same, I will post what I |
|
will search for and find. |
|
Here - in this post - feel free to suggest / request / discuss |
|
who you think are the greatest rivalries, and if I have matches |
|
of the rivalry, I will open a new thread and post them! |

these 3 rivalries were quite memorable. |

I thought I'd have to disappoint with at least two of these |
|
rivalries, but I have at least 10 Sampras - Agassi matches, at |
|
least 8 Lendl - Mac, and at least five Borg - Connors. I think |
|
they each are enough for posts.... |
|

those 3 that you metioned are absolutely essential tennis |
|
history for those who love the sport of tennis. |
|
those matches are worth watching over and over again. they were |
|
special athletes who carved out their immortality in the most |
|
demanding of sports. |
|
that magic has to be lived and experienced again. |
