Potassium Iodine. |
|
Just purchased one two days ago. |
|
Iodine is great for thyroid as well balancing hormones |

I'm in Canada and I use Nascent Iodine one |
|
In water. Easily absorbed by the body |
|
I prefer liquid to pill or tablet form. |
|
It is absorbed quicker doesn't have to |
|
Be broken down by the stomach. |
|
Top video says no to Nascent |
|
Bottom one encourages Nascent actually sells it! |
|
My studies here and through usage |
|
Nascent helps balance the body |
|
Its more expensive than tablets. |
|
But well worth it! |

I use Lugols liquid 5%. |
|
There are some that say one is better or the other. |
|
I use the one I have because most the research is with that |
|
form. |
