[~03.18 - 27.05.18] Revival update

Disclaimer: There are obviously more changes; some are
undocumented since they are related to administrative functions,
whilst the others I might have forgot.
GENERAL
- Loads of small bugfixes and misspelling fixes.
- Updated the server to 0.3DL
- Implemented more than 100 custom skins.
- Implemented anticheat [will be tested thoroughly]
- Done RP quiz; made it toggleable via in-game command.
- Fixed community services (no more bugged checkpoints;
conditions were rewritten from scratch).
- Reimplemented commands list into /help menu.
- Added materials limit for players (2500)
- Bunch of new animation entries: /lean, /sit, /btnpress, /duck,
/deal, /crossarms, /rap, /stand, /pushdoor, /aim, /whoa, /lift
- Added bell ringing within prison boundaries when meal time
starts.
- Made /alarm sound only within prison boundaries, made /ann be
heard only within prison boundaries.
- Swapped En/Ex locations for DoC upstairs and downstairs HQ.
- Implemented beanbag weapons system.
- Reimplemented damage system for melee weapons.
- Enhanced accessories system:
a) you can choose a bone via pressing Y or N during editing
process;
b) you can detach everything in /clothes menu;
c) you can have up to 15 accessories, and wear up to 9 of them
[can affect laundry man job a bit etc.]
- Implemented drug addiction system.
- Implemented scripted fire system.
- Added more food items to the shop; made them useful.
- Added the following maps and interiors:
a) DoC lounge;
b) Cell block C (twice bigger than Soumi's!);
c) Chop Shop;
d) DoC dormitories
- Made tons of changes around existing interiors.
- Implemented playable pool system in DoC lounge.
- Restored original BPRP's weapon skill setting upon spawn.
- Implemented new locker features:
a) You can store one clothes set ((skin)) in your locker.
Initially, it's another set of standard prisoner clothes.
b) You can now store drugs in your locker (if they stay there
until paycheck, guards take it away when they put your paycheck
in your locker IC'ly).
- Done pill prescribtions system.
- Removed non-RP skins from available skins.
- Fixed a bug, allowing you to get free stuff from the shops.
(yep, it was there all this time)
- Adjusted every textdraw menu to use unified textdraw menu
system.
- Adjusted skins system to have three skin categories by price.
- Completely remade economics:
a) Now we have cents;
b) All prices have been adjusted; [NOTE: All is subject to
change via suggestions tab, if it has enough support and if it
is reasonable.]
c) Adjusted usefulness of community services - they pay thrice
the time mediocre paycheck (mediocre paycheck now is 1.5$, based
upon WWW data I got on the prisons; in our case, it's laundry
man's job)
d) Adjusted job balances, actually allowing warehouse and other
jobs to bring you more money, starting from 10 cents more and
ending with more than half paycheck more.
- Renamed FBI faction to US Marshalls (more reasonable IRL wise)
- Implemented ring /fight'ing system:
a) Now you can enter ANY ring IN GAME (doesn't mean only those
we mapped), and use /fight to begin fighting.
b) Jumping out of the ring makes you lose the fight.
c) Dying during the fight will respawn you on your last known
location with 10 hp instead of putting you into bleedout state.
d) Can't be abused by using /fight system by the ring to not
die in the brawl.
- Adjusted most of player commands that used to send /me's to
send /ame's instead to avoid flooding the chat.
- Reimplemented cells commands as 'property' commands.
- Implemented visual /drop-/pickup-/remove system for weapons
and drugs.
- Implemented breakable melee weapons system.
- Adjusted garbage bags to respawn once an hour.
- Adjusted weapon storing in cells to disregard attempts to
store a weapon if there's no free slot.
- Added a /conceal command, allowing you to take out or hide
your brass knuckles.
- Added /showtime command, allowing you to show/hide GTA SA
original clock with current IG time. Requires watches
VIP'S
- Removed armor setting for VIP's
- Added /runstyle system as a VIP feature.
- Reimplemented CJ's walking style for VIP's.
- Implemented private skin system.
- Revised radiostations list for Boombox; enhanced menu format
for radiostation list to be more comfortable and to show
radiostation genre [sorry if those are inaccurate, I am not much
into music genres science].
- Removed /turnoff for boombox; made it an entry for
/(b)oom(b)ox command.
- Implemented /bbmenu command, enabling you to have full control
over your boombox in one menu.
- Added ability to pick one of three models for your boombox;
made boombox spawn facing wherever your character is facing when
you spawn it.
- Adjusted /vipmenu to be more comfortable and to show how many
namechanges out of your VIP package you have left.
GANGS
- Adjusted /gclothes to make players pay for gang clothes with a
discount (60% off skin's price)
- Adjusted /gset skins' menu entries to use unified textdraw
menu interface to pick a skin instead of having to input the
skin ID yourself.
DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
- Added reasonable paychecks and salary bonuses to everyone
within DoC apart from PIU (they are supposed to be paid by the
warden for their excellent service within the prison).
- Added dormitories as property for DoC members:
a) You can buy rooms now;
b) You can upgrade your rooms just like Cells: it allows you to
store more drugs and have more furniture.
c) You can't store weapons in your room.
d) Your furniture amount is as following for each level: 20, 35
and 50 respectively.
- Added vending machines and /train coach around DoC area.
- Added /archive command, allowin anyone within DoC to check
three last isolation records for any inmate (no matter online or
not)
- DoC members can use /remote by pressing Y now.
- Added unified uniform style for guards and MU; added female
skins to each rank of each skin color.
- Added more accessories in DoC vending machines.
- Cut /quitfaction command (it was quite useless)
PRISON GUARDS
- Done /lockdown command
- Fixed /cctv; implemented ability to /whisper to someone who's
doing /cctv duty at the moment via his NPC replacement.
- Restored MP5 in locker equipments.
- Changed amount of bullets you get with every weapon.
- Added rank chevrons to accessories available to DoC.
- New divisionary abilities and gear restrictions:
I. ERS.
a) Following equipments are ERS only:
1) ERS suit;
2) Heavy armor suit;
3) Shotgun;
4) Tear gas;
5) Gas mask (attachment in vending machines)
II. PIU
a) PIU off duty can get ANY inmate suit for free in uniform
menu in his locker.
b) Following equipments are now unavailable to PIU off duty
[read: undercover]:
1) Taser;
2) Remote control.
c) PIU has no paycheck bonus, they are supposed to be paid
their extra cash off charts by the warden for their service.
III. CCD
a) Following equipments are CCD only:
1) Prison CCD member chevrons (one chevron, no matter the
rank)
2) Sniper Rifle (tower duty is now exclusive to CCD members)
3) Prison CCD authority suit (the ones you can and/or are
supposed to wear during CCD, depending on how the Warden will
decide)
b) CCD can now start another community service - chop shop.
More information about chop shop will be in general guide.
IV. TRC
a) Following equipments are TRC only:
1) Drill sergeant suit (both male and female);
2) TRC chevrons (4 total, 1 for each rank. Fashion-related
problems must be also decided by the Warden).
b) TRC members can now /restore shooting range or boot camp
targets.
MEDICAL UNIT
- Changed drug test timer from 5 to 2 minutes.
- Removed taser from medical unit members
- Enhanced ranks and their abilities:
a) MU ranks now are as following: Intern, Paramedic, Doctor,
Therapist
b) Anyone can do drug tests. But they must be withing MU HQ.
b) Interns can heal light and heavy injuries (since they're
learning, usually not both, but both are allowed script-wise for
obvious purposes), check wounds.
c) Paramedics can drag players in bleedout state, heal lighter
injuries, check wounds.
d) Doctors can now ONLY treat heavier injuries (bleedout
state), prescribe and hand out pills.
e) Therapists are the only ones who can cure; they also can
prescribe and hand out pills. They cannot heal any wounds or
examine them since they are not trained for that, yet their role
is mandatory since someone needs to deal with junkies.
- Added /cure, /prescribe for doctors and therapists.
- Finished medic warning system: every MU member would be warned
if a guard was wounded somewhere within the prison with
approximate wounded location stated. [e.g. if you was wounded in
cell block A, it would send the following: '[Radio] CCTV
Dispatch: A guard just got wounded, around cell block A!'
- Replaced heavy armor suit in the locker with white colored
analog.
