More than happy for correctional officers or infirmary staff to
use this information IC as it'd be readily available to them.

Altered the casefile somewhat to add some more information, also
added the first chapter of Michael's life - I'm not a
professional writer, so my ideas are lacking but I hope to
improve on it and add more down the line :)
