Blueberry Prison Correctional Code

The Correctional Code is a document which lists isolation-worthy
crimes that are administered to inmates of the Blueberry Prison.
Crimes listed in the Correctional Code are administrative
charges and will not be listed in the inmate's criminal record.
Inmates isolated for the charges below spend the specific amount
time in the Isolation cells, segregated from General Population
inside the Cell Blocks A and B. If an inmate has committed
multiple offences, charges do add up. Every offense is defined
and an isolation time is proposed, Inmates cannot be isolated
for any other offence that is not listed here. Isolating an
inmate for longer than what the Isolation Code indicates is
severely punishable and is considered as corruption of public
duty.
1. Murder
Killing another person unlawfully and with malice intent.
((Character Kill))
((Isolation Time: 60 minutes))
2. Attempted Murder
Deliberately and intentionally attempting to kill or cause life
threatening harm to another person through intended actions.
Causing severe or life threatening bodily harm to another person
by criminal accident, negligence, or in the heat of passion.
((Isolation Time: 45 minutes))
3. Assault using a deadly weapon
Attempting to cause or threaten immediate harm to another while
using a weapon, tool, or other dangerous item to communicate
that threat.
((Isolation Time: 30 minutes))
4. Assault and Battery
Using intentional and unlawful force or violence to cause
physical harm to another person. This includes but is not
limited to punches, kicks, or throwing objects capable of
provoking injuries to the victim.

5. Torture
Intentionally causing extreme pain and suffering to someone.
Causing pain and suffering for the purpose of revenge,
extortion, persuasion, or for any sadistic purpose.

Forcing another person to engage in sexual intercourse.
Performing non consensual sexual intercourse with another
person.
Performing sexual intercourse with another person who is
incapacitated, disabled, or unable to give consent.

7. Hostage Taking
Seizing another person without their consent (or the consent of
their guardian) with the intent or decision to hold that
individual for ransom of any kind.
((Isolation Time: 60 minutes))
8. Weapon Possession
Carrying or possessing any device capable of ready use as a
stabbing weapon, cutting weapon or blunt force weapon that is
intended to inflict great bodily injury or death. This includes
but is not limited to possessing a cutting, stabbing, slashing,
bladed, impact or blunt weapon.
Carrying or possessing any kind of firearm or any item that is
rigged to work in a similar fashion. This includes but is not
limited to projectile/less lethal weaponry taken from staff.
((Isolation Time: 25 minutes for firearms, 30 minutes for
melee))
9. Manufacturing a weapon
Manufacturing, assembling, disassembling, or possessing parts of
any dangerous weapon, including but not limited to explosives,
traps, firearms, cutting, stabbing, slashing, bladed, impact or
blunt weapons.
((Isolation Time: 15 minutes))
10. Arson
Intentionally and maliciously setting fire to or burning any
structure or property without prior authorization through means
of fire or explosive.
((Isolation Time: 25 minutes))
11. Riot
Organizing and carrying out acts of violence or civil unrest.
((Isolation Time: 25 minutes))
12. Attempting a Prison Break
Attempting to escape from a Blueberry Prison facility, community
service, or custody of a Correctional Officer.
((Isolation Time: 30 minutes))
13. Prison Break
Escaping from a Blueberry Prison facility, community service, or
custody of a Correctional Officer.
((Isolation Time: 70 minutes))
14. Introducing Illegal Substances or Contraband with Intent to
sell
Providing contraband to an inmate. Contraband includes, but is
not limited to, unauthorized goods, controlled substances and
weaponry.
((Isolation Time: 15 minutes))
15. Illegal Substance or Contraband Possession
Possessing an illegal substance or multiple illegal substances.
Possessing any item deemed to be contraband that is not
classified as controlled substance or weaponry. except when the
substance has been lawfully prescribed to them by a licensed
practitioner of medicine or is legally available without a
prescription. ((pills)).
Miscellaneous contraband includes, but is not limited to, mobile
phones, pornographic material, items or materials stolen from
facilities (workshop tools, cutlery, construction materials),
and materials or tools used to create tattoos.

16. Bribery
Offering or giving a monetary gift, gratuity, valuable goods, or
other reward to a Correctional Officer in an attempt to
influence their duties or actions.
Giving services or non-material, but valuable actions to a
Correctional Officer in an attempt to influence their duties or
actions.
((Isolation Time: 25 minutes))
17. Attempting and Inciting a Riot
Deliberately agitating or intending to agitate a crowd or large
group of people organized or located peacefully within the
prison facility in order to promote acts of violence or civil
unrest.
((Isolation Time: 30 minutes))
18. Interfernce with cuffs and restraints
Interfering or assisting other inmates in interfering in any way
with handcuffs or other restraints that have been, or are being,
applied to an inmate by a Correctional Officer.
Attempting to remove one's own restraints or to remove
restraints from any other inmate.
Barricading in an area of the prison with the intent of delaying
Correctional Staff from apprehending said inmate(s).

19. Prostitution
Knowingly engaging in or offering to engage in a sexual act in
exchange for payment or other goods and services.
Soliciting, advertising, aiding, supervising or forcing inmates
involved in prostitution and retaining some or all of the money
earned.
((Isolation Time: 25 minutes))
20. Robbery
Taking property from the possession of another against their
will, by means of force or fear, such as through intimidation,
assault or battery or through the use of weaponry.
((Isolation Time: 5 minutes))
21. Sexual Harrassement and Intercourse
Soliciting anyone to engage in inappropriate sexual or sexually
suggestive conduct.
Engaging in inappropriate sexual or sexually suggestive conduct.
Soliciting sexual activity.
Sexual or sexually suggestive conduct includes, but it's not
limited to, kissing, embracing, fondling, or sexual touching of
themselves or another inmate.
Engaging in sexual intercourse with another inmate or
Correctional Officer, regardless of sex of either involved.

22. Extortion
Intimidating or influencing another person to provide or hand
over properties or services.
((Isolation Time: 15 minutes))
23. Providing False information
Providing false information or details to a Correctional Officer
during the course of a criminal investigation, lawful detainment
or other investigations.
((Isolation Time: 10 minutes))
24. Trespassing
Entering a Non-Inmate Area or Escort-Only Area of the prison
without the expressed or written permission to do so.
((Isolation Time: 10 minutes))
25. Avoiding Apprehension and Resisting Custody
Fleeing custody from Correctional Staff in an attempt to not be
confronted.
((Isolation Time: 10 minutes))
26. Vandalism
Defacing, damaging, or destroying property which belongs to
another or to the prison.
((Isolation Time: 10 minutes))
27. Theft
Stealing or taking the personal property of another, regardless
of value.
Stealing food products, beverages, cutlery, plates, or any item
used in the prison.
((Isolation Time: 5 minutes))
28. Disobeying Orders
Disobeying or failing to follow a direct lawful order issued by
a Correctional Officer.
In the case of conflicting orders, the last order given shall be
obeyed.

29. Threatening and Intimidating
Threatening or intimidating, either directly or indirectly, any
person, including but not limited to other inmates or
Correctional Officers.
((Isolation Time: 5 minutes))
30. Disturbing the Peace
Reasonably disturbing other persons through profanity, language,
voice or noise. This includes, but is not limited to, shouting
provocatively against Correctional Officers or other inmates.
((Isolation Time: 5 minutes))
31. Gambling
Engaging in any gambling activity (Blackjack, Poker, etc.) that
involves money or items of value.
Full charge given for hosting a gambling game. Participation in
gambling (but not hosting it) shall be considered as Aiding and
Abetting in Gambling.
((Isolation Time: 5 minutes))
32. Misuse or Improper use of prison items
Using a commissary item against its prescribed use. Wastefully
or deliberately destroying prepared or served food. This
includes, but is not limited to, throwing food and drinks.

33. Interference with official duties
Blocking or otherwise interfering with the operation of a cell
opening and closing mechanism in any way.
Covering a cell entrance through clothing or other means in an
effort to block visibility into that cell.

34. Smoking inside the cell blocks and buildings
Lighting up and smoking a purchased cigarette inside any area
but yards.
Correctional Staff shall first warn the inmate to stop smoking
inside. Refusal to comply results in the charge being applied.
