Home Screen Wallpaper |

I apologize if this is the wrong section to post this but I had |
|
a question about the native home screen wallpaper. It might be |
|
my imagination but my iPod touch seems to run a little smoother |
|
with the transitions and everything especially on the |
|
springboard when both types of wallpaper are set to the same |
|
picture. Can anyone confirm this or try it out? |

Hmm, Well I'm glad it's not just me.. Maybe it's because it |
|
doesn't have to change the wallpaper when you unlock it or |
|
something, I dunno. |

I noticed this too but not a speed increase all i felt was when |
|
there is a different pic to lockscreen and homescreen when you |
|
unlock there's a little stutter or the animation of the apps |
|
flowing in is slightly slow or bit stuttered but after that it's |
|
all normal but when the pic is same no stutter at start of |
|
unlock |

yeah that is right this just because it doen't need to load a |
|
new wallpaper and so it has to do less work what makes the |
|
transition a little bit smoother ;D |

i experience very little lag if nothing on ipt 2g mc running |
|
bl4ck0ut well to the point of not noticeable but ill have more |
|
of a look into lag issues and wallpaper being different on home |
|
and lock screen doesn't lag for me at all. is it just me or it |
|
just only some people who find lag? iv tested the lag when |
|
unlocking with different wallpapers |
