[b]Must be approved by Majority of Leaders. |

You have been banned multiple times for hacking in the past and |
|
hence I can't allow someone who has been banned so many times to |
|
get his application even in discussion. Establish yourself well, |
|
play more, don't break rules, don't hack and in future I might |
|
like to discuss your application. |
