| Kayaking in Switzer Park, Alberta | |

| We took a mid August trip down south to Grande Cache and on to | |
| the Greg Lake area in Switzer provincial park, a great kayaking | |
| area. After a couple of days at Gregg Lake campsite | |
| (reservations required, showers closed due to pandemic) we moved | |
| a few km south and east to Graveyard Lake and Campsite (no | |
| reservations needed) a kayak launching point for paddling in a | |
| tiny creek to several lakes. The nearest one downstream took | |
| only 15 minutes there, an hour exploring the lake and half an | |
| hour back upstream to the campsite. Next day we went upstream, | |
| to Blue Lake, return trip two and a half hours. | |
| There was a lot of highway construction on the way south to | |
| Grande Cache but it was complete when we went back to Grande | |
| Prairie. Nice trip away from it all. | |
