Blood work

[emoji4]
For the past 2-3 years my bloodwork has come back in the
pre-diabetic range - I tried to do better, but would have
similar results the next year. After my last physical/bloodwork
I started working with a dietitian (my job has an employee
assistance program).
I had follow up bloodwork this Saturday (at 7 mumble in the
morning) and .... the results were back by the end of the day -
My levels are all NORMAL!!! (my DH said that's the only thing
normal about me [emoji28])
I have been integrating the Mediterranean diet/food style in my
life.
I have not been trying to lose weight, but have lost 9 lbs since
the last week of Dec.

That must have felt great to hear! Well done!
My family has a really strong history of diabetes and I haven't
shown any markers, but I realize I'm going to need to keep a
sharper eye to prevention as I age.
