It will be an interesting day for many people here.
It�s Labor Day for members in Canada and the USA. That�s a time
for the beach and back yard cookouts.
Sundown is also the start of the New Year for members who are of
the Jewish faith.
May we all enjoy the holiday :D

No retail open in Canada, I don't think, except maybe for some
drugstores. Restaurants are a different story, though.

Me too. We get paid time and a half due to state law, but out
store doesn't do anything else for working on Labor Day. They
are good about giving us treats and occasionally pizza
occasionally through out the year, but ironically nothing for
Labor Day.

And it's my mother's birthday, and she's Jewish, and she lives
in the US, so it's a three-way holiday for her!

We also get time and a half. Can't complain much about that,
and we had a cookout today. Sucks that your store is being
tacky about Labor Day.
