passed 1st exam

Passed part 1 of a 3-part certification exam earlier this month.
I hadn't done too well on the practice exams (hitting 60% - need
75% to pass). That, plus the fact that the pass rate is like
43%, I wasn't too hopeful. Just went it and decided to expect to
fail, but learn what areas I needed to study for the next try. I
took my time and read the questions carefully (I tend to rush
through). Came out (it was a testing center). The lady printed
off my results and handed them to me. About fell over when I saw
the word "Passed."
Big relief! I plan on taking part 2 by June and part 3 by
December 2020. THEN I AM DONE TAKING TESTS!
