Why is Hanyo even still here?

what were they doing?:Several RDMs, Trolling, NLR
proof: Alright, so yesterday was when the mass amount of ****
happened. He was raiding PD as hitman, breaking nlr, breaking
the cooldown timer, and rdmed me, my friend, and several other
peolpe several times. But what happened? He got kicked. Why? How
did he only get kicked? I just got a warning for killing him
after i warned him 3 times for hitting me, then before warning
ended hitting another cop (climb swep, and i was a cop too)
Yeah, technically i shouldnt have killed him because he wasnt
hitting ME anymore, but he was still continuing to run around
doing the same thing. Then, i see in chat he knifed someone
because they "dared" him to do it. How is he even still on this
server? Ive seen people get banned for much less. I'm tired of
it. He is trolling, and claims hes using "loopholes" to do so.
He has been trash talking for two days and i want it to end. I
left the server, but trust me, im sure next time I go on ill be
able to get some screenshots. People like this being on the
server are like a plague. This server is amazing until people
like this just come on with the sole intention of pissing people
off. If you need more people that have experienced this, ask
ZaktheCthulu. (Hanyo got a warning for shooting rdming him when
he was mayor, and he claimed he had a hit, but logs showed
otherwise) The point is, how can someone get warned several
times a day and never get more than a kick? My friend was banned
for a day, after one warning, for playing a radio in public.

I strongly disagree that i had bad expierences with him! He is a
nice person and i would love to see the proof of him making my
expierence a bad one. He loves to joke around and if you got to
know him instead of nit picking everything he did you would see
that.

I am not nit picking by any means, he has broken many rules over
the course of 2 days.I'm not bitching over 1 incident, Im
finally posting after having to deal with him for two days. If
he would be more mature, maybe we could settle this. After I
posted this, he started to harass me in game. He is immature and

Caden calling me immature is rather hypocritical. You never
asked to reason with me at all, not even once. You simply called
me out time after time after time, even when many of those times
you werent aware of the situation. If you wanna settle this more
mature, than act like it. Also i did not harass you after you
posted this, i simply said "I should go on there and say the
illuminati is taking over". Seriously, this is DarkRP not PERP
or SeriousRP. This is all a game in the first place so why not
try and have some fun.
P.S. I feel like you would really enjoy a SeriousRP you should
check one out sometime, i used to play on an SRP but the server
closed.

leave it alone, but you continued to talk to me about it after
