	What is your experience as an admin:i was an admin for aurora
	but i had to switch accounts so i lost my admin for that server

	have you ever been given a strike as an admin on Aerial? Why?: i
	have only gotten 2 minor warns because of nlr and not adverting
	warn 3 times for bug baits i was still a little fresh on the
	rules at the time but i have gone over the rules atleast like 3
	times and i am pretty confident i know them
	1 positive thing about yourself:im a fair person and i will try
	to deal with a matter in a peaceful mannor
	1 negative thing about yourself:i dont like kids with high
	piched voices but i will still listen to both sides of the story
	and find out who is right and who isnt and get the job done
	fairly regardless on how high pitched someones voice is.
	Why are you interested in being Aerial Staff?:because i would
	like to become staff for a server and i would like to help the
	server out to go further in the game and get this server to
	become the highest rated gmod dark rp server.
	TEST EXPLAIN IN DEPTH
	1:The server starts lagging bad and you check console and
	someone is spamming props... How do you respond?:i would first
	go to the person jail then delete all there props then i will
	warn them and if they keep doing it i will warn again then i
	would slay them and if they continue after that i would kick if
	the join back i would ban for only 120 min unless it is to
	severe such ass he is trying to crash the server then i would
	get one of the higher ups to help deal with the situation
	2:A player joins and RDMs 2 people... What do you do?:i would
	have a sit with him while he is jailed and find out why he
	killed them and i would warn him and slay him
	3:2 players call you to a sit and they accuse each other of RDM
	then breaking NLR... How do you handle it?:well to handle it i
	would jail them away from eachother and listen to both of the
	players side of the story and also check plogs and try to find
	out if any one is lieng or if they are both guilty then i would
	warn them both for nlr and rdm and slay them both and if it is
	just one person that is guilty and lying then i would warn him
	for nlr rdm and lying in sit then slay them and try to resolve
	it without bothering other staff because there probably busy and
	are doing more important stuff and that goes for any situation
	but if i need to i will call for another admins assistance
