TEST *EXPLAIN IN DEPTH* |

The server starts lagging bad and you check console and someone |
|
is spamming props... How do you respond? I would go to the |
|
person who is spamming the props and see what they're doing. If |
|
they are not trying to crash the server I would tell them they |
|
need to stop because it's causing server lag. If they are trying |
|
to crash the server I would ban them for the maximum time and |
|
then report the incident on the forums to request a maximum ban |
|
time. |
|
A player joins and RDMs 2 people... What do you do? Talk to them |
|
to see why they killed them and what had happened. I would then |
|
jail the person for 120 seconds. |
|
2 players call you to a sit and they accuse each other of RDM |
|
then breaking NLR... How do you handle it? I would check the |
|
logs to see what happened. Then I would get both sides of the |
|
story to see if I can get the answer as to why they did it out |
|
of either of them. (Most people confess when they try to tell |
|
their side) Then I would then punish one or both accordingly. |

I just feel you need to log more hours on the server so i can |
|
actually get to know who you are. That's how i base my decisions |
|
and thats from personal experience/stories from other admins. |
