I dont know if this is where I appeal but its going here anyway. |

What happened and why do you feel you should be unbanned?: Dr |

Gamer was harassing everyone for over an hour and repeating the |
|
same words, "Prop spamming spawn and being an idiot", when me |
|
and my friends were making cool axis spinning props at like 3AM |
|
EST, one of the admins let us keep it up, as it was 3AM and no |
|
one was really on. Dr Gamer was a hobo leader and he was |
|
throwing bugbait at us. We told him to stop and he didn't. So |
|
someone said to block him in spawn so he could not harass us |
|
anymore. We did so and this was not enough for him to stop, so |
|
we kept killing him, in hopes for him to stop, which never |
|
happened. I also never said " Dr. Gamer was killing everyone", |
|
at least I dont remember. I also never " killed Dr. Gamer so |
|
many times just to be funny.", I was trying to get him to stop. |
|
I feel I should be unbanned because I believe this was all a |
|
misunderstanding and I was not trying to do harm, I was just |
|
trying to get him to stop harassing me. |

If someone is breaking bugbaiting you or is annoying you. You |
|
may warn him three times using /advert. If he continues after |
|
being warned three times you may kill him. If someone is |
|
breaking a rule, please report to an administrator instead of |
|
attempting to take care of the situation yourself. If there is |
|
no administrator online, make a video or take screenshots of the |
|
player breaking the rules and report them on the forums. If you |
|
would have done these things instead, you wouldn't be banned. I |
|
will talk to Crackerr about this and we will make our decision |
|
then. |

I was there at the start. Gamer was being a minge with no |
|
admins on for a while. |
|
Reduced to 1 day. Because of the fact that you could have |
|
reported on the forums and went in an owned building or |
|
something. |
