| Does Foam in Skidpan Quiet Bike? | |

| Anybody use foam or something else in their aluminum skidpan | |
| under the motor to quiet the bike? Does it work? Worth the | |
| effort? What material did you use. | |
| Thanks. | |

| FWIW, my flatland skidplate came with a semi-hard rubber that | |
| contacts the bottom of the case. Absolutely zero noise. | |

| I swear I noticed a difference with my Flatland. It definitely | |
| seemed more knocky sounding to me. | |
| I did use foam on my KLX450r skid and it seemed to deaden some | |
| of the sound. I just mostly wanted to fill the space so I | |
| wouldn't have 80 pounds of mud in there :D | |
| Doesn't seem necessary with the 690. | |
