Anybody here installed them? |
|
I opened up the package and laid out the parts. Frustration. The |
|
directions are partially translated from French and I just can't |
|
see how the tubes at the top attach to the bike, nor how the |
|
tubes at the bottom attach together. I feel like I must be |
|
missing some very long set screws. |
|
Would greatly appreciate any insights. |

Here's the parts. Should I not have three more of the really |
|
long set screws? I'm talking about the piece in the center of |
|
the picture that looks like a short section of threaded rod. I |
|
just can't see how the hexagonal studs attach to anything |
|
without those set screws. Also can't help but notice that the |
|
studs in my kit look nothing like the round studs on the meca |
|
systems webpage. |

...I was sold the wrong kit? The bag is marked 690 enduro... |
|
Tried reaching RMS (the vendor) but they are out for the week. |
