ABS Cancellation don gle -- KTM 690 Enduro |

KTM makes an ABS Cancellation Don gle (p/n 60312953000) that |
|
offers various levels of control to the ABS system. |
|
Available functions: |
|
- 1-channel ABS mode: Locking of the rear wheel is possible; ABS |
|
only regulates the front wheel |
|
- ABS mode "Off": ABS also remains deactivated when the ignition |
|
is switched off and on again |
|
- "Bad fuel" mode: reduced engine power (72 kW) for riding in |
|
countries with lower quality fuel (85 octane) |
|
I like that the don gle offers the ability to shut off both |
|
front and rear tire ABS. I nearly lost control on a gravel road |
|
due to the intrusion of the ABS because I forgot to disable it |
|
after a brief stop. |
|
ALSO, I'm sorry that this site thinks don gle is a bad word. |
|
I've tried to change this in the forum's settings to no avail. |
