Hey all, |
|
I enquired with MondoMotos about which wire to tap for auxiliary |
|
lighting. They sent me this wiring diagram for the 690 Enduro: |

Rusty, I'm struggling to figure out open wires for adding aux |
|
items. Are they X21-24 on the last page of the wiring diagram? |
|
If so, any idea where they are on the bike? |

They are right behind the headlight. Once you get it off you |
|
can't miss them. |

They are behind the headlight, wrapped in cable ties. They are |
|
not plugged into anything and are labled (with very small |
|
labeling tape) "aux 1" and "aux 2". |

|
is there a hot wire and a ground wire, or just the hot wire? |

|
One of each, Black will be the ground and the multi colored one |
|
is the hot. I believe the hot is red and black. You could use a |
|
bolt on the bike for a ground but for me it was easier to use |
|
the one in the harness. |

Great, thanks - that makes it easier. Otherwise I was going to |

have to go to the turn signals to get a ground. |
