                 This is not the leap day you are looking for

I was all set to write about how today wasn't Leap Day [1], but rather it was
the 24^th of this month when I realized, I already wrote about this obscure
piece of arcane calendar lore [2] over a decade ago!

So, here's to the Leap Day that isn't a Leap Day!
