Class notes from the School of Hard Knocks
I'm still working on the issue from last Thursday [1], and I'll note some
things I need to remember for next time:
1. Even if the fault lies at The Customer site, we're still to blame.
2. Do not close out the trouble ticket with the Monopolistic Phone Company
(for they could not find any fault) until the situation is fully
resolved, for The Customer (and they will find out) may not understand
such actions.
3. Do not taunt the Happy Fun Dan [2].
And the way things are going, it looks like I may be working on this issue
all week.
