It was only on the stove for four hours …
It's easy to make hummus. In fact, the hard part is in cooking the chick
peas, and for me, that means “I forgot I had a pot boiling until smoke filled
the house.”
This is the second time this has happened. And the hard part of that is
cleaning the pot afterwards.
Sigh.
Absent minded and all that.
