                          Control panels redux redux

I may have been a bit too quick on the draw yesterday [1].

It seems that the previous sysadmin had started to move the site I was trying
to move but didn't finish it. And the initial move was to the server I was
trying to move it to, so of course the control panel software complained.

Yes, I should have looked first, but I didn't.

And I still hate control panels.
