I hate traffic this time of year
The double yellow line down the center of the road has a meaning. The meaning
of the double yellow line is “Thou shalt not pass.” It does not mean “Thou
shalt not pass unless thee is in such a hurry that you cannot wait for
another car to turn.” Nor does it mean “Thou shalt not pass unless thee is in
such a hurry that you cannot wait for another car to turn and Thou art in a
yellow Beetle.”
