Clue
I'm reading the Cluetrain Manifesto [1] and much like The Dilbert Principle
everything in there seems pretty much common sense, which is something that
companies seem to lack.
And as I sat there today, in Condo Conner, waiting for the handyman to show
up, again [2] and pondering that perhaps, just perhaps, someone else needs a
cluetrain.
