Of course, it was 25 years ago today [1] that it happened. I wasn't down here
for this (I moved down here in August of 1979) but my friend Hoade [2] was
down here, being a native and all. Of course, he was sick that day and never
did see it.
Today, 25 years later it's in the low 80s and of course we're running the A/C
here …
