                           The Bluescreen of Bliss

I'm reading CamWorld [1] and I come across a link (Introducing Teletubby XP)
[2] about Microsoft's new default background screen. The author of the piece
claims it looks like the set from the Teletubbies [3], but I think it looks
more like the set for the movie Toys [4].

But in any case, what exactly is Microsoft trying to say here? Their
customers should be treated as children? That their operating system is
nothing more than a toy? Come on, what could they be thinking?
