Spring [1] is trying to export some mail from Outlook but it seems that
Microsoft [2] has deemed that the only thing you want to export your email to
is Outlook Express.
Great! All her email is now in some evil proprietory format that makes it
hard to do anything useful with. Yet another reason not to use Microsoft
products.
