Keto Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

   1 pkg turkey breakfast sausage links
   1 8oz Philly cream cheese
   1 can diced tomatoes (don't drain)
   Colored bell peppers (to fill)

Directions

   - Crumble and brown sausage
   - Add tomatoes (undrained)
   - Add cream cheese (cut into smaller pieces first)
   - Stir until melted/mixed
   - Add additional spices (I use oregano, pepper) as preferred
   - Microwave peppers for 5-6 minutes until soft
   - Pour sausage mixture into peppers & serve
