Keto Egg Hotdog Buns

Ingredients

   3/4 cup almond flour
   1 1/2 tps baking powder
   3 eggs
   4 tbsp melted coconut oil

Directions

   - Mix eggs and oil

   - Mix flour + baking powder

   - Mix all into shaped dishes

   - Microwave 2-4 min

   - Let sit for 5 min to cool

   - I slice mine thin to serve. Place hotdog & toppings on top.
