Dutch Oven Crusty Bread

Ingredients

   3 cups flour
   1 tbsp yeast (proofed)
   1 tbsp salt
   1 1/2 cups warm water

Directions

   - Mix ingredients

   - Cover and let sit for 24 hours

   - Preheat dutch oven for 30 min over high heat coals or at 450 degrees

   - Pitch mixture into dutch oven and cook for 30 minutes

   - Remove lid and cook and attitional 10 minutes
