Baked Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

   1 small can sauerkraut
   4 thick cut pork chops
   1 tsp pepper
   1/2 tsp salt

Directions

   - Place sauerkraut in bottom of casserole dish. Top with pork chops.

   - Season with salt and pepper

   - Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour.

   - Remove cover, bake additional 20 minutes or until pork chops brown
