The recipes in this section list their ingredients in the correct order for
layering:  therefore, you need only follow this simple formula to succeed:

20% skill + 80% patience = 100% perfection

Slowly pour the liquers over a marachino cherry or the rounded surface of a
small spoon.  Chilling the pony glass ahead of time will also help in
layering.

If your recipe calls for shaking, don't over-shake.  This will spiol the final
product.  Basically, all you have to do is mix and chill the ingrediants.
