Clapper's room
wake clapper.

Sidewalk
close door.  lock door (with keys). [ drop phone, keys, schedule. ]
ask newsboy about bus.  e.
enter northbound or southbound as informed by newsboy & wait for the right bus.

Bus
board bus.  put token in box.  stiche, get token.  sit.

Wrong side of track
get pole.  vault track.

[ Pier
hang around till Lex finds a magazine (which provides some hints) ]

Mill entrance
open door (3 times).  ask lex for word.

Mill
wait (in dark till knocked out).
look. x lobster. lobster, hi. (lobster provides some hints as well)
wait (till you wake up and sturm & drang finally leave).
get shard.  reflect light at glasses (burns lex's ropes, freeing him).
clapper, i (you see clapper pick something up).  ask clapper about pellet.
get all but shard.  clapper, give me pellet.

Alley
tie line to fork.  put fork in crate.  pull line.  climb fence.  u.

Roof
unfold sheet.  throw pellet at floor (superman time).
wait (till landing).
x machine.  x control.  push off button.  put tape on sturm.
